In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Smallcakes dessert, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order so that we can address the issue promptly.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, the uneaten portion of the dessert must be returned to the bakery within 24 hours of receipt for inspection.
Refunds or store credits are determined on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to make things right. If an error occurred on our part (for example, the product was not made as ordered), we will gladly correct the mistake.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences once a dessert has been baked and decorated correctly. While most of our customers love our flavors, taste is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that every flavor will appeal to every individual.

Please understand that because we can only accommodate a limited number of orders each day, we often have to decline other customers once your order is confirmed. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the original order date.
