All Smallcakes online orders fall under this return and refund policy

• All returns must be requested at minimum 14 days prior to the orders pick up date. If you placed your order within 14 days of your pick up, there will be no refund. If we have already purchased items for your order with more than 14 days we will offer a partial refund.
  
• The return will take 3-5 business days (depending on your bank).
